RESIDENTS along the low-lying area of Jalan P. Ramlee in George Town, Penang, are bracing themselves for seasonal floods which occur several times in a year.
Ng Beng Cheong, 62, said such floods had been happening in the area over the past three decades, and residents were already used to it.
