SHOP OWNERS and traders on Penang island have until the end of the year to remove all obstructions or illegal structures built on pedestrian walkways.
Penang Municipal councillor Dr Tan Kim Hooi said some of them had put up structures on the walkways as though the walkway belonged to them.
