THE Parent-Teacher Association of SMK Hamid Khan in Penang wants a telecommunication transmission tower erected in the school grounds in June under the national 1BestariNet project to be removed.
Its chairman Paul Newman feared that the 800-odd students of the school would be exposed to radiation from the tower which would be bad for their health.
