TWO groups from the orang asli community gathered as a family during the first ever annual general meeting of the newly established Koperasi Pembangunan Orang Asli Negeri Perak Bhd.

Its official adviser A. Ramesh said the cooperative, registered on August 11, gathered about 170 representatives from these two clans who hailed from seven orang asli villages in Perak, to bring forward new developments for their community.
