FORMER Bukit Gasing assemblyman Datuk Dr Lim Thuang Seng has urged Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to withdraw the PJ Local Draft Plan 1 and 2 from examination as councillors have failed to hold a consultative and information sharing gathering.
“Councillors in-charge of the respective zones have failed to enlighten the people on the draft plans and senior residents are grappling with the plan as scores of them are unable to make sense of it,” he said.
