MALACCA: The Government is studying a plan to set up a bank to provide housing loan facilities to the lower and middle income group.
Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan said the proposed bank should expedite the housing loan process and its terms and conditions would not be as stringent as those set by current financial institutions.
