SOME 1,000 guests had a good time at Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas’s 76th birthday tea party held at his official residence, Seri Mutiara in Jalan Utama, Penang.
The governor’ relatives and guests assembled at the lawn of the residence which had a stage flanked by a row of tents on both sides.
