JOHOR BARU: A web designer is at wits end as who to turn to after authorities told him that they are unable to help him take action against a driver in Kuantan who duplicated his number plate and is amassing summonses under his car number.
Yong Kar Hong, 33, said that he first received a summons from the Kuantan Municipal Council in December 2012 which he informed them that he was in Johor at the time.
