TEN lucky children of single parents were surprised to learn that a developer would be giving them monthly cash aid until they graduated from institutions of higher learning.
Epic Valley Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Tan Sri Dr Fng Ah Seng announced at a charity dinner that he would be giving the aid to the 10, whose mothers were members of the Penang Rainbow Single Parents Association.
