DESPITE ominous black clouds hanging low overhead just before the 6th Malaysian Tua Pek Kong and 7th International Fude (pronounced foo-terk) Cultural twin festival procession, organising chairman Lim Hooi Kooi could still afford a smile.
“Just watch. No matter how heavy the clouds are, it will not rain until the procession is over,” he told everyone with uncanny conviction on Sunday.
