KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has clarified that the land in Federal Hill is currently being cleared for the construction of police quarters.
DBKL Planning deputy director-general Datuk Mahadi Che Ngah said Lot 55 was institutional land, and only public amenities can be built there.
