THE alledged misuse of the bulk waste disposal area at the Taman Beringin Transfer Station in Kepong along the MRR2 has led to some very angry residents who want an explanation for the problems they have been facing for the last few months.
Lai Yak Guan, who is a committee member of the Kuala Lumpur Tak Nak Insinerator (KTI) group, said that he had noticed a very bad stench since March this year.
