DBKL to acquire building for the homeless


KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is in the process of acquiring another building for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and related ministries to carry out activities for the city’s homeless people, said Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib.

He said DBKL was in the midst of purchasing a building, said to be a former hotel, in Jalan Chow Kit.
