A FIVE-MAN team from Penang made the country proud when they came out tops in the Pattaya City Culinary Cup 2014 at the Peach Royal Cliff Hotel Convention Centre in Thailand.
The team comprised executive sous chef Daniel Tan Chia Yang, junior sous chef Mohd Fauzi Ilias, demi chef Vince Tan Zhi Hong, all from Eastin Hotel, and Chef Association of Malaysia Penang Chapter members Chuah Lay Yen and Ch’ng Fu Wuey.
