A clause in the Petaling Jaya Local Plan (RTPJ) 1 and 2 amendments giving the local council ultimate powers has received flak from several MCA leaders.
During a press conference recently, the Petaling Jaya Utara MCA division described it as worrying and urged the public to submit their objection before the Sept 5 deadline.
