SEVERAL factory owners in Ipoh handed over a memorandum to Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir over the excessive hike in the assessment rate.
They had voiced out their concerns about the hike in the assessment rate from 10% to 16% that was implemented in April this year.
