THE Ipoh City Council will dismantle equipment found to be hazardous at several playgrounds in Bercham and Ipoh Garden East, said the council’s corporate affairs principal assistant director Normala Latiff.

She said the council had several times repaired the damaged equipment, but that vandals kept damaging them.
