THE state-level 57th National Day celebration was held in a simple manner in honour of the late Sultan of Perak Sultan Azlan Shah.
Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir led some 1,000 people at the Ipoh City Hall in a brief prayer for the late Sultan Azlan Shah during a high-tea ceremony following the celebration and parade.
