IT was beyond Tneh Joo Huei’s imagination that she could be crowned the Kebaya Queen at the expense of 14 others during the 5th Ratu Kebaya pageant at Kompleks Bukit Jambul in Penang.
The second-year law student was stunned for a moment when her name was announced during the grand final.
