PICTURE quotes are gaining popularity in the social media as they are concise, meaningful and educational when being used in chat groups.
Universiti Malaya senior lecturer Dr Thilagavathi Shanmuganathan (pic) said the quotes also helped complement lexical items and cut down on “misinterpretation” during exchange of messages.
