SIBU: The Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) has been told to be more sympathetic with the blind by giving them licence to continue operating their massage centres.
A councillor, Abang Iskandar Abang Latip, in highlighting the matter at the full council meeting yesterday said the council had advised a man to stop operating his Raffles Massage Centre at Jalan Kampung Nyabor.
