THE Implementation and Coordination Unit (ICU) under the Prime Minister’s Department has appointed 48 chairmen of the Residents’ Representative Committee to look into the welfare of those living in the urban areas in Penang.
Penang Federal Action Council chair- man Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman said the chairmen would be in charge of 48 areas.
