A CAMPAIGN by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to license the three million unlicensed motorcyclists in the nation is set to be launched early next year.
Its deputy director-general Datuk Yusoff Ayob said JPJ planned to license these motorcyclists under the MyLesen programme by 2020.
