FORMER residents of the Kerinchi Flats are happy that their new apartment, Kerinchi Residences, is being built on schedule and should be completed by March 2016.
The flats’ residents’ association chairman Ahmad Rahman said the new units would have a market value of half a million ringgit compared to RM50,000 for their flats.
