Memories not lost: Several staff and journalists from The Star's Johor Bureau placing flowers, lighting candles and putting up special messages at the Tanjung Kupang memorial along Jalan Kebun Teh.

JOHOR BARU: On top of wearing black, staff from The Star’s Johor Bureau lit candles, placed flowers and messages at the Tanjung Kupang memorial in line with the day of mourning for victims of MH17.

Account servicing assistant manager Shirley Seow, 43, said that she specially bought white flowers to place at the memorial on Friday.
