SIBU: A pretty lass, Debbie Gibson Medan won the heart of the judges with her poise and elegant to win this year’s Borneo Dayak Cultural Festival Kumang beauty contest before a packed audience at the town square.
In the final held on Thursday night, Debbie, 18, walked home with RM3,000, a trophy, a hamper and a sash after beating nine other finalists.
