MALACCA: With the upcoming AND1 Streetball Challenge 3 on 3 competition at Malacca’s Mahkota Parade on Sept 7 confined to only boy’s and men’s teams in the Under-13, 15, 18 and 21 age group divisions, 10 girls joined their 25-strong male counterparts, at a sponsored Basketball Coaching Clinic conducted at the Pay Fong School (PFS) outdoor court in Jalan Kubu.
Supervised by national player Ng Sing Tee with PFS basketball master and Selangor stalwart Chiew Chia Siang assisting, the 35 players were put through their paces in the fundamental and rudiments of the game at the two-hour long clinic in preparation for the early September event.
