SIBU: Local authorities in the state including owners of business premises have been urged to have toilet facilities for children with special needs.

Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah speaking at the launching of two new children’s books yesterday said as far as the state was concerned, it was still far behind compared with Japan which has such facilities for these children.
