CHINA’s ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang made an inaugural visit to Perak recently, visiting Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir at his office.
Huang said it was his first visit here and he hoped to build good ties with the state.
