Healthcare services reach hundreds of kampung folk

KOTA KINABALU: Villagers at the remote Kampung Teringai in northern Kota Marudu district now have access to basic health care with the opening of a clinic there.

The clinic that also serves hundreds of folk from 11 other nearby villages is located about 250km from the city, and was mooted by MyCare Bhd, a Sabah-based non-profit organisation and its construction fully funded by Murphy Sabah Oil Co Ltd.
