First rural science cafe opens

THE first rural Penang Science Cafe has been launched at Dewan JKKK Kampung Mengkuang, Penanti, near Bukit Mertajam.

Also known as Penanti Innovation Talent & Recreation Centre (Pintar), the science cafe which is the brainchild of Penanti assemblyman Dr Norlela Ariffin, is the perfect place for learning science, technology and innovation for the village children.
