Appeal for funds to help the visually impaired

PERSATUAN Tongkat Putih Pulau Pinang is in dire need of funds to continue serving the visually impaired.

Its chairman Swarn Singh said the centre needed RM15,000 to RM20,000 a month to sustain the overall operations.
