THE state Health Department will start conducting special checks on food processing factories in Penang.
Department deputy director (Food Security and Quality Division) Ku Nafishah Ku Ariffin (pic) said the department had so far carried out only the ‘Ops Premis Makanan Bersih’ as part of its normal routine check at such factories.
