PENANG will soon have a museum showcasing colonial and Peranakan artefacts dating back to the 18th century and collected by three generations of the Ma family.

Businessman Eric Ma, 46, said his family had more than 1,000 colonial-era artefacts which were currently stored in three of their homes.
