KUCHING: Whether Malaysia or the Netherlands is to try those responsible for downing MH17 will depend on the outcome of an ongoing international investigation.
The Government says Malaysia is ready to try the perpetrators under its own anti-terrorism laws like Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012, better known as Sosma, as well as under Section 130C(1) of the Penal Code.
