SIBU: A 45-year-old Russian here on business paid the price for outraging modesty of a salesgirl when he was sentenced to six months’ jail and fined RM1,000 for the offence.
Sergei Zloodev pleaded guilty to the charge filed under Section 354 of the Penal Code which provides for a jail sentence of up to 10 years with or without fine and/or whipping if convicted.
