AIMING to increase the rate of employment among Persons With Disabilities (PWDs), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) and the Federal Social Welfare Department (JKM) have been jointly conducting an ongoing project since 2005.
Generally, PWDs have been the least employed subset of the Malaysian population, especially for those with more severe disabilities.
