MUN Choong Restaurant in Pasir Puteh, Ipoh, remains open for business despite an order for it to halt operations pending completion of its penthouse.
A check by The Star last Friday showed that the restaurant, which is in the midst of constructing a penthouse on top of its building, was still serving customers despite a notice from the Ipoh City Council to stop operating until construction work is completed.
