SIBU: A 24-year-old man has been acquitted of a murder charge after the High Court found that the prosecution had failed to made out a prima facie case against him.
In his ruling of the case yesterday, Justice Lee Heng Cheong granted an order of discharge and acquittal for Jeffery Serinan without calling for his defence.
