KUCHING: The SUPP and SPDP breakaway faction, Teras, has splintered further, with former SUPP elected representatives now forming United People’s Party (UPP).
Ex-Sibu SUPP chairman Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh and former SPDP president Tan Sri William Mawan made the announcement together at a press conference here yesterday.
