African orphans on world tour to raise funds for their home

The children had a great time dancing on stage.

IT WAS an eye-opening night for a 1,500-strong audience at Syeun Hotel as African orphans displayed their talents and mastery of the Chinese language as well as culture on stage recently.

The troupe of 18 children, who came from Malawi, Lesotho and Swaziland, mesmerised the crowd by singing various Chinese songs, performing martial arts, and reciting the Three Character Classic, San Zi Jing.
