A SHELTER to house and feed the homeless in Chow Kit is expected to be fully operational by early next year.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said a four-storey building comprising three to four lots, at Lorong Haji Taib in Chow Kit, would be acquired by Kuala Lumpur City Hall ( DBKL) for the purpose.
