SIBU: A 22-year-old man, charged for obstructing a policeman from discharging his duty, has been fined RM6,000 by the magistrates’ court here.
The accused, Charles Lau Tong Chieng of Jalan Kiew Nang, who was charged under Section 186 of the Penal Code, paid the fine yesterday.
