JALAN Tuanku Abdul Rahman, or Jalan TAR as it is fondly known, is many things to many people. To the ones who have made their homes there, the area was the place for shopping and food before numerous malls started to mushroom all across the city during the ‘90s.
Despite the passing of time and onslaught of development in and around the streets, Jalan TAR still remains a popular place for bargain shopping as well as cheap and delicious food, especially during festivals and public holidays.
