JOHOR BARU: Local councils will be channelling 1% of its yearly revenue collection to the councils’ foundation for community-based activities in efforts to liven up the local communities.
Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin said all the local councils in the state have set up the foundation, focused on reaching out to the local community and brighten up their lives through such programmes.
