THE Bagan MCA is appealing for help for a 36-year-old dialysis patient who has to depend on his wife to carry him up and down the stairs whenever he has to go out.
Chin Poh Seah has been jobless after falling down the stairs in March last year and a second fall in December had worsened things for the father of two young children.
