SOME housing developers are running away from their responsibilities by sub-dividing the project land so that they are not required to provide a piece of land for an open space, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said.
In reminding the developers to comply with the regulations to have an empty lot either for the construction of a playground or for places of worship, Dr Zambry urged them to abide by the rules.
