THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council has spent RM74mil from its RM233mil budget this year to keep the Penang mainland clean.
State Agriculture and Agro-based Industry, Rural Development and Health Committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said the expenditure was in line with the Cleaner, Greener Penang initiative.
