Compounds issued to litterbugs in Malacca City

MALACCA: A total 35 compound notices were issued against litterbugs in Malacca City since the implementation of the local authority anti-littering by-law, on June 1.

Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron said 24 offenders had paid RM10 each on the spot to the enforcement personnel while 11 had failed to do so.
