A FACTORY lot owner’s complaints on the environmental pollution outside his property have fallen on deaf ears for as long as the past five years.

Speaking to The Star on the condition of anonymity, the owner said certain individuals had illegally set up food stalls right in front of the factory located along Jalan Lahat in Menglembu, Ipoh.
